Princesses Cake

 

Princesses cake for my daughter's 7th birthday. Not the best work I've done, but she liked it so that's all that matters. Top tier was funfetti with vanilla buttercream filling, bottom was mock red velvet with vanilla buttercream filling. Vanilla buttercream icing, fondant and gumpaste accents. The dolls are borrowed from my daughter.

Baby Mickey's Birthday

Baby Mickey Cake made for a 1st birthday, matching the party decorations. Top tier is triple fudge chocolate with raspberry filling, bottom tier is white almond sour cream cake with vanilla buttercream filling. Fondant covered with fondant accents. Mouse ears smash cake is triple chocolate fudge cake and fondant covered with fondant and gumpaste accents.

Mickey's Clubhouse

Third birthday cake for a friend's son. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Orange pound cake with orange buttercream filling. Fondant covered with fondant and buttercream accents.

Farewell From the Heart

Going away cake for a co-worker. Dark chocolate pound cake with raspberry cheese filling, covered in whipped ganache with fondant accents and edible heart confetti. The hearts had sayings by or about the co-worker, written with edible markers.
